We have been involved in the acquisition, conversion and sales of nearly one million square feet of Manhattan office condominiums, including 125 Maiden Lane, 633 Third Avenue, 70 West 36th Street, 131 West 33rd Street, 211 East 46thStreet, 207 West 25th Street and 36 West 44th Street. Prior to forming Rudder Property Group we spent eight years representing Time Equities, Inc.’s Manhattan office portfolio. In the small, highly specialized field of office condominium sales, we are the market leaders. In fact, we have closed more sales than all of our competition.
